			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi Everyone,    Back in the LC WOE and am so glad I opted to return.  I&#8217;m a 30 y/o SAHM to Alexander, who&#8217;s a 2½ y/o toddler&#8230;  I&#8217;m happily married to Magnus (36 y/o). We&#8217;ve been together since &#8217;96!  I&#8217;m a former Buffalo, NYer in Sweden since 1997.  I enjoy crocheting, reading, photography, drawing &#038; painting.  I am currently studying to become a Catechist for my Church&#8217;s parish.    Hope to be active as I can here and meet a lot of new (and old) friends again!    Hugs, Love &#038; Prayers!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, after many failed and botched attempts, I am finally going to get this done. I know that once I have passed the 2 week test where everything is so limited, I will be fine, especially when I can begin to incorporate small amounts of fruit back into my diet. My boyfriend is going to be dieting with me, so that will make things so much easier. Tonight, I sat down and wrote out a list of things to make over the next two weeks. All of the meals are below 10 carbs, and most of them under five. Bes</p>

It&#8217;s been almost two weeks since getting on the scale for me and I was freaking out about it. Even though I&#8217;ve been sticking to my calorie goal for the majority of days, I was still concerned about my lack of exercise. I am happy to report that I am showing a 3 pound loss since February 4th-my last official weigh in. That&#8217;s about 1.5 pounds per week. That is good! A pound a week has been</p>
