Did anyone happen to catch the Today show this morning? I was only semi-conscious but I saw Meridith Viera talking to some fitness guy about jump roping. He went through a few different types of jump ropes and how jumping for ten minutes is equivalent to running an 8-minute mile. I wish I could find an excerpt. When I do I’ll post a link. Just another confirmation that jump roping is the wave of the future. Maybe not but it is a convenient and cheap way to get some exercise. The only drawback
