This is very sad and disturbing… He knew exactly how he was going to die.  This song was on the 1997 album morphine… so all things considering it’s surprising he was alive as long as he was. He underwent a lot of surgery, and it seems like the doctors around him had no problem feeding his depression and sadness to help him kill his pain while the people who really cared about him, like Lisa Marie, couldn’t save him… but he was crying out for help even
