This is a big week for me, since it’s the last week of the training challenge I’m in and as of last week I was the biggest loser (lol with like 5 lbs…not saying much for this challlenge). So since it’s fall break, I’m not only charting what I’m going to do, but when I’m going to do it: Sun 9/28- 3pm-cardio 45 min; weights 30 min; abs Mon 9/29-9:30 am cardio 30 min; training 1 hr. Tues 9/30-5:30 AM-cycle 1 hr; weights 30min Wed 10/1-cycle 9-10; training 10-11 Thurs 10/2-5:30 AM-cycle 1 h
