If you don’t get the title, sorry.  It made me giggle.  Maybe this will help. Anyway, I feel like hammered sh*t these days.  After doing a little research I’ve decided that I might try a Raw diet.  I’m looking for any advice I can get.  So if you have testimonial in support of or against a raw diet, please post it here.  I bought this book as a start: I’ve decided that it might help to start slow.  I’m going to Whole Foods this afternoon and buying the ingredients to make Raw Hummus.
