Despite consuming 3/4 of a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos earlier this week (that was a fun dinner!) I still managed to lose a pound this week. Unfortunately, that brings me back to my starting weight of 157. 5 weeks and nothing to show for it. Go me! Aside from the unfortunate Doritos incident, I really have been making good choices lately.
