Who Knew?

I’m sitting here blogging, perched oh-so-carefully atop my exercise ball. I learned that if you trade your chair for an exercise ball, you can burn up to 350 calories per day (if you work an 8 hour day) with the added benefit of strengthening your core, achieving balance, improving posture and circulation, and just generally getting fitter.* Know what?
